Biomechanics coaching for riders, dressage training for all levels and disciplines.

These one day courses are ideal for the rider who wants to really focus on the theory behind good riding and training, and can be taken on their own or paired with a practical riding course (these follow for most courses a week or so later) to put your new knowledge to the test!

The days start at 10am and finish at 2.30pm, with a short break in between and are based in the workshop room. Theory is backed up by utilising awareness exercises.

Specifically designed to improve the rider's seat, enabling you to practice the correct feel before you then try it out on your horse. The courses are suitable for riders at all levels and from all disciplines.
