Disclaimer: I will not hold Denise O'Reilly or Buxtons Farm responsible for any loss or injury incurred during the course. I understand that riding is a risk sport and reserve the right to refuse any instruction that I am uncomfortable with.

An immediate deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking, payable online via Paypal or a cheque made payable to Denise O'Reilly. Remittance is required immediately after submitting this form. Deposits are non refundable but may be held over to another course if a replacement can be found should you be unable to attend for any reason.
